Misha and European universal value system

Georgia is already on the level where the reforms, even the formed in the result of elections and the appearance of new personalities, do not change the main path of country’s development. Georgian society has steadily caught the path of establishing a European universal value system, it passes by this path, and, fortunately, the new political figures consider this objective... "Rapprochement with EU and NATO is our strategy. We will never change it.”

With respect to the future of the country, Saakashvili’s following words were extremely important, “We need peace. But, the absence of war does not necessarily mean presence of peace. Peace cannot be exchanged on the slavery to the conqueror and peace cannot be bought on the expense of independence. Please, don’t allow anybody to sacrifice our sovereignty, don’t allow the spies to come back, don’t give up ever on NATO and EU,” said Saakashvili.

In your opinion, how widespread is offensive language about lesbian, gay, bisexual and/or transgender people by politicians in the country where you live?
